My Favourite Chocolate Sauce

In a Bowl over a pot of simmering Water:

6 TB. Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Orange Zest
7 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
2 TB. Light Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp. Instant Coffee Granules
3 TB. Grand Marnier, or Vanilla

Heat until melted.

Use to dip any fruit of your choice, like Strawberries, Orange Segments, Pineapple. Or sweet and salty is a lovely combination, dip Pretzels. Or serve over ice cream.

Keeps in fridge in a jar, just heat when you want to use it, on low in the microwave about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. Stir and watch carefully.
